A native of the southside of Chicago, IL, Kimberly Purnell has been a stabilizing force driving operational efficiencies and influencing cohesive inclusive cultures in for-profit and nonprofit arenas for 20+ years. Her superpowers are empathy and operational awareness, which she leverages to better understand the whole person and the whole process in order to resolve process inefficiencies. Growing up in a family of generational real estate professionals and as a former real estate assistant (to a commercial/residential developer), loan signing agent & notary public, and now real estate investor, she is deeply sensitive to the intricacies of successfully navigating in real estate waters.

Working with numerous Fortune 500 Companies in banking, consulting, and HR outsourcing as well as a tech startup, Kimberly is no stranger to building effective systems, teams, and processes from the ground up, creating harmonious environments, and nurturing meaningful strategic partnerships. She has extensive knowledge leading system implementations and process automations as well as a deep desire to help Real Estate professionals maximize their time to become more efficient and profitable. Affectionately known as “the Conductor”, Kimberly launched Harmony Transaction Pros (HTP) LLC, where harmony meets real estate transaction excellence.
