Growing up in a family of business entrepreneurs and real estate professionals, spanning back five generations, and as a former small business owner, real estate assistant (to a commercial/residential developer), loan signing agent & notary public, and now real estate investor, she possesses strong business acumen and is deeply sensitive to the intricacies of successfully navigating business strategies and creating amazing client experiences.

Working with numerous Fortune 500 Companies in banking, consulting, and HR outsourcing as well as a tech startup, Kimberly is no stranger to building effective systems, teams, and processes from the ground up, creating harmonious environments, and nurturing meaningful strategic partnerships.
